It
is now possible to request remote assistance from C@thy's
Computers. C@thy's Computers will connect directly to your
computer and perform service, live while you watch. No
software will be installed on your system and once the connection
is ended it cannot be started again unless you start it.
Of course, a working high speed internet connection is
required. Windows Vista (32bit) and Windows 7 (32bit) are now
supported.
To
begin a remote session please call ahead to ensure I am
available to perform the required service (phone:
705-434-2039.) The cost for remote assistance will be billed
at a minimum of $25.00 for a short session, or $50.00 per hour if
the sessions runs to an hour or more.

and then "Run" again to
accept the "Internet Explorer Security Warning - The Publisher
